Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
I am trained in Vodder style Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and certified to treat Lymphedema. MLD is a gentle technique that is good for overall wellness and reducing inflammation in the body. For anyone suffering from arthritis, auto-immune disorders, recent injury or surgery or for those that have been diagnosed with Lymphedema (following cancer treatment), MLD is very effective in reducing swelling and inflammation in the body. It is prescribed by surgeons and oncologists for post-op recovery and management of Lymphedema. It also has a very calming effect, reducing anxiety and stress and promoting a sense of calm.
I offer 60 minute, 75 and 90 minute sessions of MLD. *If it's your first time seeing me, please book a 75 or 90 minute session so that we have time to go over your health history. MLD and Massage Therapy can also be combined into one 75 or 90 minute session.
*Note: If you are seeking MLD for post-op or to manage Lymphedema, please make sure you work with a therapist with the certifications to properly address your specific needs to avoid further complications.
What is MLD and how is it helpful?

Massage Therapy
Experience a customized massage designed around your individual needs and preferences. With nearly 30 years of experience, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Sports Massage, Trager, and Craniosacral Therapy.
Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or focused relief from tension and pain, each session is thoughtfully tailored to support your body.
My goal is to create a space where every client feels comfortable, safe, and truly heard.
I take the time to listen and customize each session to provide the most effective and relaxing experience possible.
Clients often describe my approach as slow, intentional, and thorough—allowing the body time to unwind and release held tension.

Prenatal Massage Therapy
Prenatal Massage Therapy is beneficial for both Mom-to-be and baby. I combine techniques from my 40 hour prenatal certification with the other tools in my toolbox-Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Positional Release, Trager, Myofascial, and Craniosacral Therapy. When there is is any swelling, I use gentle and rhythmic Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques to reduce swelling and promote overall wellness.
The client is positioned side-lying and semi-reclining, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and helping reduce stress hormones, contributing to physical and emotional well-being.
With modified positioning considered, prenatal massage can be enjoyed during all trimesters as well as postnatally.
