Please arrive on time so you can have the full "hands on" time allotted. I leave 30 minutes between clients to account for a reasonable amount of chatting before and after. I also need this time to change the room over and get ready for my next client.

* I ask that you cancel or change your scheduled appointment within 24 hours to avoid being charged 100% of the session amount. I have an active waitlist and need the time to reach out to other clients to fill the spot. *If you can fill your spot (for the same time), the charge will be dropped.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations.*
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hrs before to avoid being charged the FULL amount. Reminder emails/texts will go out both 3 days before and 24 hours before.
A valid credit/debit card will be required or prepayment to reserve your appointment.
This is just to reserve your appointment and your card will not be charged. Charges apply if you cancel less than 24 hours. If you’ve prepaid for your session, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule your session, with the payment applied to the new appointment.

Where are you located?

My office is located in West Durham across the street from the North Carolina School of Science and Math.
I share a house built in 1927 with other practitioners.
* there is free and ample street parking on Broad Street or you may park in the back of building and walk around to the front entrance.

What are your hours?

Mondays: 9:30am-6pm
Tuesdays: 9:30am-6pm
Thursdays: 9:30am-6pm
Fridays: 9:30am-4pm

What should I know about or expect during my session?
For your first massage session with me, try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a short health intake form.
I try to give you exactly 60/75/90 minutes of hands-on time and I don't deduct time for dressing/undressing, etc. so expect to stay an extra 10 minutes or so after your appointment time. Try your best to allow time before and after your massage to relax, and not to book too closely to other engagements.
I'm a new client, can we contact each other before I feel comfortable booking an appointment with you?
Absolutely! In fact, if you are a new client and not a referral, I prefer for us to have a quick conversation on the phone or an email/text exchange before meeting in person. This is not only for your comfort, but also so that I can be sure we are a good fit.

Are you licensed?
Yes! I've been practicing massage therapy since 1997 and have an NC state license as well as National Board Certification.
