Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations.* If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hrs before to avoid being charged the FULL amount. Reminder emails/texts will go out both 3 days before and 24 hours before. A valid credit/debit card will be required or prepayment to reserve your appointment. This is just to reserve your appointment and your card will not be charged. Charges apply if you cancel less than 24 hours. If you’ve prepaid for your session, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule your session, with the payment applied to the new appointment. Thank you for understanding! Please arrive on time so you can have the full "hands on" time allotted. I leave 30 minutes between clients to account for a reasonable amount of chatting before and after. I also need this time to change the room over and get ready for my next client. * If you're running more than 10 minutes late, please call or text me at 310-922-9738 ​ * I ask that you cancel or change your scheduled appointment within 24 hours to avoid being charged 100% of the session amount.
