Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy * I ask that you cancel or change your scheduled appointment within 24 hours to avoid being charged 50% of the session amount and if not cancelled before 2 hours of the start of your appointment, you will be charged the FULL amount. ​If you think you have been exposed to Covid or if you do not feel well, please cancel and reschedule your massage. Please arrive on time so you can have the full "hands on" time allotted. I leave 30 minutes between clients to account for a reasonable amount of chatting before and after. I also need this time to change the room over and get ready for my next client. * If you're running more than 10 minutes late, please call or text me at 310-922-9738 ​
